Collabration with the councils to organize events, workshop, classesd and competions has been always our priority. We joined our hands with the Sports Council to start the Yoga sessions for all the students of VESIT. The classes were conducted by Yoga Guru Ms. Pallavi Pawar ( Alumini of VESIT) on every tuesday and thursday from 7:30 TO 8:30 am.
The first day started with the inaugural speech by Dr. (Ms.) Geeta Ajit,(Assistant Professor, Department of Humanities & Applied Science,.VESIT). The sessions everyday continued with morning prayer, followed by yoga asanas.
Every participant performed the asanas as instructed by Ms. Pallavi Pawar. At the end of each session feedback from every participant was taken.
