The software industry is said to be volatile with new concepts coming up every year for improving the quality of products or services. But there are some skills which are considered to be fundamental in almost every organization. The seminar was a mixture of core software development skills and some soft skills that are considered essential by most of the organization, and inculcating these skills will help you perform better in their professional life.
