The Training & Placement Cell (TPC) of V.E.S. Institute of Technology (VESIT) serves as a vital bridge between academia and industry, empowering students to transform their academic potential into successful professional careers. Campus Recruitment & Internship Facilitation
The Training & Placement Cell coordinates end-to-end campus recruitment and internship processes, collaborating with leading organizations across diverse sectors. From establishing industry partnerships and coordinating recruitment drives to facilitating candidate interactions and managing post-selection processes, the Cell ensures a seamless experience for both recruiters and students.
Placement Enhancement Activities
Recognizing that employability extends beyond academic performance, the Cell conducts a wide range of developmental initiatives including aptitude training, technical skill enhancement programs, mock assessments, resume-building workshops, interview preparation sessions, alumni interactions, and career guidance programs. These initiatives are designed to prepare students for the evolving demands of the professional world and enhance their confidence, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
