Lab 501 : Engineering Mechanics/ AUTOCAD

A well equipped, fully AC & spacious lab as per the syllabus requirements in Engg. Mechanics and AutoCAD.
The AutoCAD lab is 93.67 sqm. in an area with a total 35 PC (one student one PC policy is followed in practical duration). Each PC installed with AutoCAD 2017 provided by Autodesk Students version for the Institute. Projector teaching practice is used during practicals. It enhances effective learning of the subject.
Engg. Mechanics lab is equipped with experimentals set up as per the syllabus.

Lab 502:Engineering Physics

A spacious and well equipped lab as per the syllabus requirement of Engineering Physics. We have a darkroom with spectrometers, traveling microscopes, Newton’s ring setup, different gratings and light sources including He-Ne LASER, to perform many experiments related to Optics. We have Pt-Resistance thermometers and Photodiodes, to use them as sensors. The lab also possesses a set of crystal models, Hall effect setup, Hysteresis setup, photocell, ultrasonic distance meter, cathode ray oscilloscopes,
energy band-gap measurement setup and supercapacitors, to name a few.

Lab 503 : Applied Chemistry

Chemistry lab has adequate facilities like fume hood, exhaust fans to keep pollution free atmosphere in the lab. Lab is equipped with instruments like colorimeter, flame
photometer which helps students to get exposure to these spectrometry techniques. Lab also has equipments like Redwood viscometer, Abels & Pensky Martin flash point
apparatus along with Electric rectifier for electroplating, electronic balance & oven. There are sufficient storage cabinets for chemicals & glasswares. Chemistry experiments are planned based on the syllabus given in the curriculum.

Lab 10A : C Programming Lab

A well equipped lab consisting of Computers installed with Windows 7 Professional, Edubuntu 14.04 LTS, LibreOffice 4.1, LTSP (Linux Terminal Server Project), Code::Blocks 13.12, DosBox 0.74. This lab is dedicated only for C Programming Subject for First Year of Engineering (FE) students

Lab 007 : Drawing Hall

A well Equipped lab is 183.84 sqm. in an area with 540 approximately number of drawing boards and 66 drawing tables for students. The overhead projector and different solid shapes model along with the cut section are available at the drawing hall to sharpen their skills to understand the subject of Engineering Graphics.

Lab 008 : Basic Workshop

A well-equipped lab is 245.41 sqm. in an area to perform basic workshop practices. As per the curriculum it is conducted in sem-I and sem-II. Lab contains major equipment like wood turning m/c, welding equipment, drilling m/c, sheet metal work equipment. In two semesters sheet metal work, fitting, wood turning process, welding etc. are conducted.
